Our Story

CareLink was founded in early 2024 with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that no patient in the Greater Toronto Area is left without safe, dependable transportation to the care they need. What began as a vision to bridge the gap between healthcare facilities and patients quickly grew into a trusted private transportation service built on compassion, professionalism, and reliability.

The idea for CareLink was born from recognizing a critical need within the community. Too many patients were facing delayed discharges, missed appointments, or unnecessary stress simply because appropriate transportation was unavailable. Families were overwhelmed, healthcare staff were stretched thin, and patients often felt anxious about how they would safely get from one place to another. CareLink was created to be the solution — a service designed specifically for patients who require more than just a ride.

From day one, our focus has been on delivering safe, non-emergency medical transportation with dignity and care. Whether providing wheelchair transport, stretcher services, wait-and-return appointments, or long-distance transfers, every journey is handled with the understanding that we are supporting someone’s health and well-being.

Since our launch in 2024, CareLink has proudly partnered with multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities across the GTA. We work closely with discharge planners, nurses, case managers, and administrative teams to coordinate smooth, timely patient transfers. By collaborating with hospitals throughout Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding communities, we help ensure patients can transition safely between facilities, return home comfortably, or attend essential medical appointments without delay.
